How long do I have to collect? Collect within 10 days of notification; packages are held for a maximum of 30 days.
How often do China and Turkey routes run? China routes run once weekly; Turkey routes run twice weekly.
What is a pre-alert? A pre-alert tells us a package is coming: send the tracking number, courier and item details on the Pre-Alert page before it arrives, so we can match it to your account.
What do the package statuses mean? Received in Florida: at our Florida warehouse. Shipped: on its way to Jamaica. In Jamaica: arrived and being cleared. Ready for Pickup: ready to collect in Kingston. Collected: picked up.
